Looking for Noob comprehensive Instance guide.

Hi, I have searched through the forums and not found what I am looking for. I came back back from very long break, I started in Beta and left after a couple years. While it is great to be able to level quickly to Awakening, it has become 2 different games. It is basically a solo game till awakening and then becomes very group intensive. At level 85, I am a noob all over again. What I really need is comprehensive guide to the instances including location and how to get there, if there are any pre-quests and a basic guide for not screwing up while in there. I really hate being that guy that has to ask the group "where are you and how do I get there?". I have stumbled on a few vids and guides on what to expect inside but few if any tell how to even get to the instance. Thanks for any and all help.
