10 Year Anniversary Rewards.

I was wondering why its not possible to transfer by dimension merchant my 10year veteran rewards of my Lyn Draco to my character i use on the account? since i have not played my old chars on the account since open beta b/c i rerolled from DA to PR after Prelude. :(
