newbie question please

Hi, I have two chars both in their 70,s. I don't know anyone in game but would like to know how I can find a clan. Whenever I am on all I see are bots. I cal out in message but all is silence or spam mming. ;-) I c ant evenj get into groups ATM. Now that leveling is getting harder can I get some advice please😁
