How I can find help from customers support or fraud department?

Hi guys! I would like to ask people or crews of NCSOFT for help. What should I need to do if payment and fraud department over 6 month ignoring my phone calls, messages, mails and e-mails? Only one person of NCSOFT help me once for 2 years was Richard Garriott. But like he said to me he isn't work for NCSOFT anymore. So sad. Asking GMS call me please. You know my phone number from master account.
