possible? 98 alts to reset epics

If I was a spoiler, could I legally log in 98 toons to cc all the epic rb's? even if I failed everyone?



if it is possible, game is a fail? all about denial I guess. I think if dragon is a fail, it should respawn on the spot.



what you think? or it doesnt matter?



or will gm ban me if i have all those toons logged in from same ip?
