name change 22 hours..

I followed the instructions yesterday for a name change and it's been over 22 hours now and it still hasn't been done. It says allow up to 24 hours but I am very doubtful it will be complete within 2 hours.



So......Why isn't this being processed? It costs a a lot of money for a simple namechange. Other mmos charge half this price and make it instant :-(
