Dualclass awaking trouble

Can't awake Dualclass.

I ve scroll of afterlife, third class done, i m level 85.

I ve done file check... restarting and so one...

I ve sent tickets and... waiting for some answer



and now



If any game manager can bring help, i would be rly happy
