Created acc but can't login

Hello, I created my account yesterday, added the game to ncsoft, confirmed the email... all working good in the website, but when it comes to the game, says my account is wrong (username or password) and i can't login. I know I's the right username and password, in the website works... :mad: can't anyone help me please? I wanna start playing :(
