Video Options

As the title says i want to find out what are good options that make the game more nice and i talk about texture terain npc modeling detail etc.

atm i got windows 7 64 bit, i5 cpu 3.20ghz, 4gb ram ddr3, 2gb video card,hdd disk. if i put 4 gb ram it will help ? so any infos would be nice ty
