Returning player trying to get account back

Not sure where to post this so ill post it here maybe the GMs will see. I last played the game about 6 years ago but I first started when the game first came out up until then. I am trying to get my account back but Ncsoft has not answered my emails. Can any GM or someone help me try to get them back? They were never banned or anything just deactive. Thanks
