Item Bug

This day 08/1/15 until 12.00 pm i open private store sell ; Scroll of Escape 1 item and in my equipment have Scroll of Escape 5 item when i come to see again in my private store sell no have that item and no have money transfer by someone and then see open in my equipment no have scroll of escape 5 item then make me misunderstand what happen it! so dear to board to care this case and recheck case to me urgent about my case and let me know soon
