Check it. Dropping with 4 PK ouch!

I know theres gonna be some armchair L2 savants calling me a ******, but heres my story. I was under the assumption that if u had under 5 PK you wouldnt drop items. Im sure most of you know this as well. I accidentally killed a member of party with Death Lord of all ******ed things. So i was like just go ahead and kill me i wont drop nbd. Wrong
