Cannot install l2

i just formatted my computer and re-installed windows 7 pro 64 bit and when trying to install the nc-launcher it does the first part fine but then when it goes to the direct x install part i get error box "an internal system error occurred. please refer to dxerror.log and directx.log in your windows folder to determine problem". then when i close that box and click finish i get error box : "a requirement to install lineage II failed to install setup will now exit."



i have directx 11 installed and win7 is fully updated, also when i try to run the launcher from the launcher folder i get this error box : "[launcher error] an error has occurred. please restart the launcher. if the problem persists, please conatact customoer support at http://ift.tt/O6nwqV.

when installing launcher it does not put any icons on my desktop



i have read the knowlege base on e03001 where it says to download and install the nc-LauncherSetup.exe file which i did and still can not get it to work



also when installing launcher it has not created any desktop icon's



i also tried downloading the directx webinstaller form microsoft and installing and get same direct x error



ive submitted a tricket to support on this and so far a resultion has not been found i keep doing everything they tell me to do and respond, however i work during there normal busniess hours so i cant respond till end of day then have to wait till the next day for there response.



just hoping maybe someone out there knows a solution on this as its now been three days since i formatted and still can not get the launcher to load to even start installing l2.
