Bug Server?

Good afternoon, today after the server back II maintenance recorded my dwarf and place of sale materials and was watching TV after I came back to the computer and went on char game screen had fallen again and tried to log in again and was showing all servers down, and now I was when I got my log and dwarf tava missing many items and some adena that tava him, and he had a lot of "short sword" that before the maintenance had not, and more on inventory of my character has slot 136 items and when I logged it was so heavy short sword he had and was with 202 items, so I'm 99% sure it was a bug server, and this server bug or what? anyone had this problem or just me? and sorry for bad english, waiting for answers!
