Sub certification

Hi. Recently i reset my sub class certification skills (i had 3 skills at max lvl). But when i tried to obtain my sub's cert i recive only 8 (enough for 2 skills at max lvl). Cant receive sub cert from my dual class (i did that in past). Submit ticket didn't help..
