[Q] How to keep FPS high on inactive client?

I have managed few times somehow to make this happen, and it's awesome. You can see box behavior all the time normally, not at idiotic 1 FPS...

Can someone tell me how intentionally to make multiple clients to work at normal FPS rate like only the active one works on default?
