no lose xp in cs zone

WHY member of clan who have some of castle's in server when enter in cs zone of another castle (not in his like defender) not lose xp after dead. This not happen before this last update and this is not in update notes as I have read. This is not good for game. Every big clan may jump form castle to caste and no care for xp, not need more to rr game, apire in town and get res. Now just click "to village" and start gang again some random castle owner and not care for lose xp. one WC/wyn near cs zone and constant regrupe all time... Again this is not good for game :(
