Lowbie Raids

It would be nice if lowbie raids gave SP. If you are lucky enough to find a few up, you are left with limited skillz.



Also, a reduction in their respawn time would be nice. I mean, really who cares about 1-85 nowadays. Might as well make it uber easy.
