Have an old account, can not log in.

I have an account from 2007, would love to be able to log into it. How ever I can not log in from my new location, and I live 100 miles from my old loation and am on a new isp.



How can I log in to make a ticket? IF it will not let me log in due to the location, also tried verifying with email, but nothing came to my email account.
