Gms please Help here!! u.u

what can I do to recover my account? I was banned



I am not bot gms pls!!. In game I seen much bots, and them are not banned their accounts. My char lvl up with RBs, never never I use programs to farm or fast target.

I have sent many mails to Gm Lloyd, but always the same answer.

Please gms, help me with this Im not bot
