Require new account creation that want to get past level 85 to need a cd key.
still no monthly payments but one time cd key buy. i would hope this would stop most of the bots in hunting spots!
IF a cd key is 10 $ and gm bans a bot at level 87 that would be a 70 $ loss for one party they might be less high level bots.
