Disconection after log-in

I have problem with Naia server. After I log in and choose character (clicked start) I see loading screen and this screen is freeze. After few minutes I see graphics game (not all) but disconection.

I made char on Bartz and game normaly works...

Do you have any suggestions ? Reinstall game didnt help.
