Dimensional Merchant transfer broke?

Was trying to move my Rudolph agathion and cyber underwear( augment off) to my Ertheia off another toon on the SAME account, which you can do according to the info on the items. When I go to do it, the items don't show up in the inventory. Yes I've removed them off my toon so they were in my inventory before anyone jumps on that.



Either I missed something or it's broke. I even tried to send it to a another toon on that account and still no show.
