i've seen as Artheia i can combine LUC and CHA dye with legendary old one for "craft" new top dyes.
That's simple but.... i know i can get legendary old dyes by cube quest or buying from npc and hoping in a lot of luck.
But how can i get LUC and CHA dyes? There is any npc, drop or quest?
