Which sever for new start?

I wanna start to play lineage 2 as a new player. So whichs erver should i start?

1. Need online not lower then 2000(without bots and afks)

2. Not very old server

3. server which have many clans and alliances and not only 1 clan which dominating over all others.



Playing from Germany. Can speak german russian and english.
