Is different. Test for yourself. I can tell you that Dominator & DoomCryer's daring is useless for any class imo. Unless there is a gap with level difference, my tests are run with my level 90 iss :confused:
Dark elves give better MP regen and highest M attack. :D
I can't remember the high points of Light levels & Heirophant (I apologize) :(
Since I play my feoh & solo a lot with my DE iss on my nuker? I'm SO excited about the Dark elf Iss' M attack being highest WOOT
I also only have 3 LvL 3 INT legendary atm - don't judge, legit players are poor players.
